The special rate for Summit delegates is 395 CHF per night for a prestige room, including VAT, service and American breakfast. City tax of 4.25 CHF per day to be added. The special rate is available for the nights of 14,15,16 and 17 September 2010.
Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out is 12:00.
How to book
To benefit from the special Summit rate, please reserve your room via the online booking system. This is the only reservation facility available.
Please ensure that you book your hotel room before 15 August 2010, since availability at the President Wilson is limited and cannot be guaranteed after this date.
Hotel cancellation policy
Cancellations and/or any changes should be made in writing exclusively (email or fax) to the President Wilson. Before 15 August, all reservations can be cancelled without any charge. From 16 August until two weeks prior to the event (31 August), all partial or total cancellations will be charged for one night on each guest's credit card. Within two weeks (from 1 September), all partial or total cancellations, no-shows or early departures will be charged for the entire period requested to each guest's credit card. Changes of names to room allocations is allowed.
Hotel access
The Hotel President Wilson is conveniently located in the centre of Geneva. From Geneva International Airport, a taxi takes about 20 minutes to get to the hotel and will cost approximately 45 CHF.
Facilities
This hotel provides free access to the fitness centre, an open-air saltwater pool (weather permitting) and spa and beauty care facilities. It also houses a hairdressing salon, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, shops and a concierge desk open 24 hours. All rooms are equipped with the most up to date communication facilities.
